Speech Pathologist – Paediatric Focus

Kirsten Toll & Associates Speech Pathology Services is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist with a paediatric focus to join our warm and supportive team in bayside Mordialloc. This role offers flexibility, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to work in both clinic and community settings.

About the Role

You will work with children (12 years and under) presenting with a range of speech, language, and developmental communication needs, including:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
Articulation and phonological delays
Fluency (stuttering)
Early literacy and phonological awareness
Social communication

You will deliver services:

In our Mordialloc clinic
At local kindergartens, schools, and childcare centres
Occasionally via home visits, depending on client location

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and provided with regular supervision, access to assessment resources, and peer mentoring.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
SPA membership (or provisional)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
WWCC (Working With Children Check)
Police Check or willingness to obtain
