Who We Work With

We support clients who are:

Self-funded (private clients)

Partially funded via Medicare (with a GP referral/CDMP)

Supported through Support at Home Aged Care Packages (with prior approval)

Covered by insurance

NDIS participants (plan or self-managed only)

Using HICAPS for on-the-spot private health rebates

Charged at $193.99/hour

Typical session: 50 mins therapy session + 10 mins session planning and prep + 10 mins documentation = $226.32

Includes face-to-face, telehealth, or phone sessions

Charged at $193.99/hour

Includes: reports, session planning and prep, resource prep, AAC development, team meetings, and professional liaison

Minimum report/application charge: $387.98 (7 days' notice required)

Less than 24 hours' notice is considered to be a "late cancellation" and the full session fee will be charged.

Travel costs may still apply if travel has started.

Telehealth or make-up sessions may be offered where possible.

More than 3 consecutive cancellations may pause therapy unless a valid reason is provided

Invoices issued after each session, due in 7 days

Accepted in clinic (on the day) : EFTPOS, HICAPS, credit card, bank transfer

Late or missed payments may incur fees or pause services

All invoices must be paid regardless of funding source

Labor (Therapist Travel Time): 50% of hourly rate ($96.995/hour or $1.6166/min)

Vehicle Use: $0.97/km for trips ≥30 mins

Parking Fees and tolls may apply

Travel costs shared fairly when multiple clients are seen

Adjustments may occur if an onward client cancels
