Kirsten Toll is the founder and principal speech pathologist at Kirsten Toll and Associates Speech Pathology Services, bringing 32 years of continuous clinical experience in adult neurological speech pathology.

Her career includes senior clinical roles across major tertiary hospitals in Melbourne and the UK, including The Alfred, St Vincent's Hospital, Caulfield Hospital, Monash Health, and Guy's and St Thomas', The Royal London and Barts, and The Homerton NHS Trusts. Kirsten continues to work clinically at Alfred Health, maintaining close integration between public and private healthcare.

Kirsten was previously the Manager of the Melbourne Speech Pathology Clinic at the University of Melbourne, where she developed, implemented, and led the teaching clinic for Master of Speech Pathology students, integrating high-quality clinical service delivery with student education.

Kirsten's clinical interests include post-stroke aphasia, swallowing disorders (dysphagia), videofluoroscopy swallowing assessment (VFSS), and the management of progressive neurological disorders, particularly Parkinson's disease. She is a passionate certified SPEAK OUT!® provider and offers both individual and group therapy intervention.

Kirsten has extensive experience delivering services within NDIS frameworks, Support at Home (MAC) packages, and residential aged care facilities.
